Overview
MOLOGEN has developed its own patented platform technologies: MIDGE and dSLIM. Through the consistent application of these technologies, new kinds of medicines are being developed for which there is a great medical demand and which are commercially usable.
The development of the MIDGE vector system has created the basis for a broad spectrum of modern DNA-based applications. These vectors are designed with a variety of possible individualized properties and are exceptionally well suited both for gene therapy against cancer as well as for DNA-based vaccination against infectious diseases.
With its DNA molecule dSLIM, MOLOGEN offers a modern tool for influencing the patient’s immune system in a targeted way, a process known as immunomodulation. The dSLIM immunomodulator is suitable for a large number of applications in the treatment of cancer disease. It can further be used in combination with other treatment approaches.
