Corporate Governance

 

The German Corporate Governance Code was established to display transparency within the German Corporate Governance system for all national as well as international investors in order to encourage confidence in the management of German corporations.

 

Corporate Governance stands for responsible management practice and coeval monitoring of the company. This includes efficient collaboration between the board of directors and the supervisory board, transparent communication within the company as well as the protection of the shareholders interests.
Executive board and supervisory board of a company listed in Germany are required by law to report once a year whether the German Corporate Governance Code in the respective version has been, and is being complied with. Listed companies are also required to state which of the recommendations of the Code have not been, or are not being, applied.
In line with its annual reports, MOLOGEN yearly releases a “Declaration of compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code” which can also be found on this website.
MOLOGEN also fulfills voluntarily most of the fundamental requirements applying to companies listed in the Prime Standard Segment of the German stock market:
