MOLOGEN AG strengthened liquidity by successful capital increase
MOLOGEN AG (ISIN DE0006637200) has successfully placed altogether 600,000 shares with exclusion of pre-emptive rights with an institutional investor. The capital stock of the company has increased by about 9 % to 7,372,331 EUR. The capital increase has been recorded at the register of companies. The shares were issued at a price close to the share price at the stock exchange. This cash inflow improved the company's position in negotiations with international partners from the pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, MOLOGEN will use the additional capital to force research activities for its own product development.
