Annual Meeting of the MOLOGEN AG
On this year’s Annual Meeting of the MOLOGEN AG on June 7, 2006, in Berlin the company welcomed about 190 shareholders and visitors. Therewith the event attracted much more attention this year than the years before. The presence was 28.88% of the registered capital; this means that the attendant shareholders represented about 2.4 million votes. All resolutions of the administration passed the Annual Meeting with a high acceptance ranging between 96% and 99% of the votes. The representative of an association of small shareholders filed an objection against the agenda item no. 8 (authorization to issue convertible bonds).
