Dr. Matthias Schroff
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
and Research Director, is responsible for Research and Development, Strategy and Partnering. Initially the company's leading scientist upon the foundation of MOLOGEN AG, the holder of a PhD in biochemistry and co-inventor of numerous company-owned technologies is currently the driving force behind further pioneering developments. In 2005, he joined the Board and was appointed CEO in 2008.

Jörg Petraß
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
is responsible for the Finance, Investor Relations, Administration and Human Resources divisions. Having joined the company in 2001, his work initially focused on IR and accounting. Following the conferring of procuration in 2005, he was ultimately appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2007.
