Prof. Dr. Burghardt Wittig is the chairman of the executive board of MOLOGEN AG and founder of Soft Gene GmbH as well as co-founder of Mologen GmbH. The scientist achieved numerous awards and is the author of over 100 publications and responsible for research and development at Mologen. Prof. Dr. Wittig holds the university chair for molecular biology and bioinformatics at the Free University Berlin. |

Dr. Guido G. R. Sandler was invited to the executive board of MOLOGEN AG by the supervisory board effective as of January 01, 2002 and appointed deputy chairman. He is responsible for the departments financing, capital market and participation management. He was one of the founders of Berliner Effektenbank AG and Berliner Effektenbeteiligungsgesellschaft AG. Until 1997, he was employed with BHF-BANK AG, in the end as director and co-manager of the main subsidiary in Berlin and responsible for the corporate customer business. |

Matthias Reichel has been employed with Mologen since 1998 and is member of the executive board since June 21, 2000. He graduated with a diploma in national economics from the Free University Berlin and worked as an auditing assistant, prior to changing to Mologen. He is responsible for human resources, accounting and controlling. |
| Dr. Mathias P. Schlichting is attorney at law in Hamburg and partner of the supraregional law offices Brehm & v. Moers. He was co-founder of both Mologen GmbH as well as Mologen Holding AG. |

| Prof. Dr. Klaus P. Kantzer Among other things, Prof. Kantzer is honorary professor for technical chemistry at Leipzig University. During the past 30 years, he was active in leading management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, for example as CEO of Schering USA and member of the executive board at Schering AG. |

Dr. Ing. Hans-Hermann Singer, Hamburg, is a graduate physicist and computer scientist and works since 1987 as a senior consultant in the areas of IT and strategic consulting as well for industry as for banks and insurance companies. |
